We understand the sensitive and timely nature of our products. At HonorWeave, we prioritize getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Handling & Preparation

• Same-Day Processing: Orders received by 1:00 PM MST on a business day are processed within 1 business day.
• Weekend Orders: Orders received after 1:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
• Custom Preparation: For Casket Drapes requiring personalization/embroidery and for Remembrance Decals, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for preparation before your order ships.

Delivery & Transit

We primarily utilize USPS and FedEx for our shipping needs. Once processed, standard transit time is typically 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Please note that once an order has been handed to the carrier, any delivery issues or delays must be addressed with the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please refer to our Returns Policy and notify us within 6 hours of delivery using the contact form below.
