Honorweave — Honoring Memories

Frequently Asked Questions

We understand that planning a service comes with many decisions. Below you’ll find clear answers about sizing, customization, shipping, and ordering so you can move forward with confidence.

Product & Sizing

What is a memorial drape?

A memorial drape is a decorative fabric panel placed over a casket or urn table during a funeral or celebration of life. It serves as a visual tribute and can later be kept as a remembrance keepsake.

Are all HonorWeave drapes the same size?

Most drapes share the same standard dimensions. However, multiple size options are available depending on the style selected. Specific sizing details are listed on each product page.

Can the drape be kept after the service?

Yes. HonorWeave drapes are designed to be preserved as keepsakes. Many families store them in a keepsake bag or display them in memory spaces after the service.

Embroidery & Customization

Do you offer custom embroidery?

HonorWeave offers preset embroidered messages and symbols. Custom wording is also available for an additional cost. See the pricing page for full details.

How long does custom embroidery take?

If selecting from current in-stock options, there may be no processing delay. Custom embroidery typically requires 3–5 business days before shipment.

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush requests must be called in and confirmed prior to any guarantee. While not a standard service, certain customizations may be negotiated depending on availability.

Shipping & Ordering

Where do you ship?

HonorWeave currently ships within the United States only.

Can funeral homes bulk order?

Yes. Funeral homes may place bulk or direct orders through go.honorweave.com.

How quickly do orders ship?

In-stock selections may ship without processing delay. Custom embroidered orders typically require 3–5 business days before shipment.

Care & Preservation

How should I store the memorial drape?

After the service, the drape should be folded carefully and stored in a clean, dry space. Many families use a keepsake bag for long-term preservation.

Will the embroidery fade over time?

When stored properly and kept away from direct sunlight and moisture, embroidery is designed to maintain its appearance for years.

Care Instructions

Because our memorial drapes are intended for decorative purposes, dry cleaning is recommended. They should never be machine washed or dried. Tassels are decorative and must be handled carefully. Bind tassels when not in use.

Manufacturing & Materials

How is the Product Made? Where Do the Materials Come From?

Our Casket Drapes are constructed in the USA by local seamstresses. Fabrics are purchased from large manufacturers or local vendors. Since our Casket Drapes are individually sewn, rather than mass-produced, each one is unique and may differ slightly in fabric type, construction, and sentiment.
